The whole crew working today at about 3:30pm were amazing I accidentally placed my catering order for pickup tomorrow and they hooked me up and got it done for me today they deserve all the accolades!!
Very friendly personnel; clean place, nothing wrong for us with the location. Ordered the #12 which is a favorite. I cannot eat mayo or ranch so I paid for extra avocado sauce on the sandwich then avocado sauce on the side. Now, the sandwich was beautifully built but when we arrived home 30 miles away i found one half had a small amount of avocado sauce; the other had none. And whereas other JJ’s 0put on plenty of sauce and filled the avocado sauce container this one had 1/2...
The parking is horrible, but convenient location to the freeway. Great, friendly staff. The food is fresh and delicious. The two ladies running things did a great job of managing in-storecand online customers. Both were knowledgeable of the menu and very patient with indecisive customers. The store was clean. There is only one working restroom, though.
