Food was great. Loved the crab cake BLT. Best part of all was Will the waiter. He’s amazing. I saw how he managed an under staffed location with friendliness and professionalism. He made our experience totally worth it. Thanks Kelly’s and thank you Will!!

We have lived here seven years and stayed away from Kelly’s because of the terrible reviews. Today, we were in a pinch and gave it a shot. We had a large party and came in at the tail end of the afternoon rush. The waiter was amazing! We had to wait a few minutes more than pre-covid days but the guy was working his tail off. The menu was limited but all eight of us ordered something different and all of us agreed our food was great. I strongly recommend giving this place a shot. Keep an open mind and recognize that our service industry has been through a lot the past year and half.

If I could give zero stars I would and that says a lot because I never leave bad reviews and I know how damaging it can be to businesses but the service I experienced this morning was not good at all. My boyfriend and I arrived to Kelly’s at 10:45am and we were seated right away so that was nice but then the waiter didn’t even give us a menu for the first 15 min. While he went around helping other people that were seated after us. When he finally got a round to giving us our menus he quickly placed them down then took off…. It’s clear that the owner of Kelly’s needs to hire a second waiter/waitress especially for the weekends because it was very busy. When he finally came back to take our order he asked us what drinks we would like but I couldn’t even tell him what I wanted because there were no drinks selections on the menu we were given and I did not know my options so we just ordered food and I asked for a water which was a bummer because I was told they had good frappes but I could see he was busy and didn’t want to make a fuss about it. Two separate families that came in about 10 to 15 minutes after us got their food before us and one family even finished eating and left the restaurant before we were served. Over an hour had passed of us sitting there and we actually heard the waiter ask the cooks to start our order after an hour had passed so we continued to sit their hoping maybe the waiter would come over to apologize for the wait but at this point of waiting another 15 min. we were both just over it. We told the waiter that we were leaving and he just told the cook to cancel our food with no apology to us what so ever. It was very disappointing and I didn’t feel like a valued customer at all. We will not be returning to Kelly’s again.

The server was doing everything solo and was a total rockstar. Delicious breakfast food- it’s a regular spot when visiting. Already looking forward to the next visit. Highly recommend!

There was a line at the Tides, so we tried Kelly’s. Excellent BLT with crispy bacon on toasted thick sourdough bread. Crispy fries. Serves Coke

This use to be an excellent place, however it has gone down hill. I understand new owners have taken over and driven it to the ground. Will never go back

Great breakfast! Best hashbrowns we’ve probably ever had. Friendly server, and clean. Outside seating in the sidewalk.

It was much better than expected given the reviews. I got the burger (basic, but perfect) and my husband got the crab blt (he loves crab and loved it). We sat outside because we had the pup with us and enjoyed our meal and coffee drinks. The fries were crispy and perfect (not the crinkle cut like some pictures). Service wasn't the quickest, but they looked like they had one server guy and he seemed quite busy, so we did not mind at all. He was very friendly, as was the rest of the staff. I'd go back!

For a place that is so close to the water, the seafood was just so-so. I would not be surprised if it was all frozen and/or canned seafood. The staff was also pretty frantic when it came to service and the food was quite expensive for mediocre quality.

New owners, new menu! Very impressed with quality and flavor of crab BLT on sourdough with fries on the side. Attentive and friendly staff!

Best experience here after multiple visits over many, many years ... food was fresh and hot, service was great and didn't take forever to get our check! Thanks to the new owners and staff!
