Stopped after work today. I get off at 5 pm. You would think they would have fresh food out especially around this hour but I guess not. I was excited to get the wings they recently brought back. I ordered honey bbq. When I got home I had plain spicy wings that were old. My wedges tasted like they had been sitting there since noon. Absolutely inedible. I will never go back to this location ever again.

Missing my biscuits from my 16 piece meal. Didn’t realize till I was home as I went through the drive through. Disappointed but didn’t go back to get them as I live 10 miles away.

We wanted to dine in, but the music was super loud. I don't think the staff wants anyone to dine in. They run and hide in the back. We walked out and ate at Taco Time next door. They should just shut this place down.

my chicken was cold and wet from moisture inside, the tall white mail, may have had a bit of curly hair, told me fries would take 30 mins to fry? like im a real cook, fries “frozen fries take 5 mins at the max in a fryer. they missed my drink and one of my orders. i don’t know what the kids out of uniform behind the desk were doing.
also the kids can’t count still, i was missing 2 chicken strips from my 6 piece. and they forgot my
soda with my meal.

My husband went into KFC Gig Harbor and ordered a family meal to go. It's supposed to have 8 pieces of chicken. IT DID NOT- their were only 7. Having a B.A. we are both adept at counting. He called KFC to complain and the person speaking to him suggested that he bring the order in so that they could recount the pieces. Seriously??? We are 13 miles away and you think we should burden ourselves with driving back? Perhaps you should ensure that your orders are packed correctly! In addition, the person who spoke to me on the phone hung up on me abruptly. Apparently this location garners a lot of negative reviews given the 2.9 rating. Never again!

This KFC used to suck. My stuff would be missing and I never got honey with the biscuit. I decided to give it a shot after not going for months and they have a new manager, Olivia. both times I’ve went now my food was fast, correct and all condiments in the bag. Shout out to that new manager for turning this location around!

Ordered a 5 piece tender combo. And a chicken sandwich and asked for 2 ranch 2 Buffalo. My exact words. Proceeds with the order, they don't tell you your total until you get to the window. My order was 29 dollars. Insane. She rang me up for a big box, doesn't tell me that. I ask her what happened. Something is wrong, tells me oh we just ring people up who ask for a 5 piece as a big box. I told her I didn't order a big box. Which is like 4 dollars more than a tender combo. She proceeds to argue with me I said f it and left. The tenders were rubbery and hard at the same time. My 6 year old said these are the worst tenders he's ever had. The fries were cold. For 30 dollars we could have went to a sit down restaurant and got 2 full meals. Will never be coming back here. Also the lobby is disgusting.

While waiting for our order
People were complaining because they did not get what they ordered. We took our order. I have two chicken sandwiches and sides home. We found the chicken was overdone, and tough. Everything was extremely salty. The fries and the macaroni and cheese and the chicken.... All too salty. Would not recommend.

It would be nice if someone would actually come take your order when you pulled up. Yes they were open. No signs saying they weren’t lights on all over the place. We waited forever. Pulled up to the window waited forever. Drive around the building not a soul in sight. We finally left. Ran an errand. Tried to come back. Still nothing. But my husband went 15 minutes later and they took his order and got food. Sounds to me like some kids messing around downstairs instead of doing their jobs. This particular location is already riddled with bad reviews. Someone needs to try to take ownership of this place.

my sandwich was cold there was anyone barely there so the service was good and fast but my food was cold and they gave us no silverware or straws for our drinks.

It’s so disappointing when it’s not fresh the chicken sandwich was so tough. I couldn’t even eat it and the kids meal that they did nicely switch out for the biscuit was great except for just teeny for the price so many KFC‘s just don’t have the best chicken anymore. Super sad.

Order was incorrect, chicken was overcooked and floating in grease! Cole slaw was blah tasting, not usual bite! In general was really bad. Threw most of it out! Biscuit was delicious as usual.
