Good food but slow service

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Lunchbox in Gig Harbor and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! From the moment I stepped through the door, the staff were extremely welcoming. The new owners are two young men that are extremely passionate and dedicated to the quality of the restaurant and their guests.The menu boasts a variety of creative and mouthwatering options, ensuring there's something for every burger enthusiast. We got milkshakes and I got the Tear Jerker burger. The shakes were great and there were so many delicious options. The Tear Jerker was cooked perfectly and the habanero mayo on it was a great sauce to dip my fries in. It's also worth noting you can add a runny egg to your burger which is such an awesome add on.Overall, Lunchbox Labs exceeded my expectations in every aspect. If you're a burger aficionado or just someone looking for a delightful dining experience, I wholeheartedly recommend giving Lunchbox Labs a try.

Went there with my girlfriend, food was really good. Got the spicy burger, man I was looking for a spicy burger not chicken sandwich for a whiiile… I was told they are still working on getting the liquor license. Once they get that it, it will definitely become my go to spot :)

Have come here several times for dinner. Every time everything was delicious, varied menu and selection of sides. Good service, and very warm atmosphere. Would recommend a visit. 11/10

It’s hard to believe I’ve never visited this restaurant. I have definitely been missing out. They recently revamped their menu so if you’re a regular you might want to revisit. I ordered the Alibaba burger with tater tots and my companion ordered the Bahn, James Bahn burger. The Alibaba was a choice of grass fed beef or lamb. The Bahn, James Bahn burger was Duck/pork mix otherwise known as Dork meat. I’m telling you the names for the burgers and other dishes just kept me in stitches definitely entertaining. Plus there are old school vintage lunches boxes everywhere. The overhead music was lively and the decor was great. We really enjoyed our meal. The flavors are not your standard fare. Tantalizing spices and sauces really enhanced the flavor. This isn’t your ordinary burger. They’ve taken it to the next level. We will definitely visit again. Service was quick, staff was friendly and welcoming. I still don’t know how I didn’t see this on the radar but look forward to visiting again.

Service was so bad, they seemed short staffed. Servers didn't know which table ordered what food and barely walked around. Took over 20 minutes to order after we were ready. Food was tasty tho.

Checked out this place tonight with my 11yo - our server was awesome, very engaging, and fun! Food was incredible, and their shakes are to die for! Wait was very short from ordering to getting food. Kiddo thought it was hilarious to be able to order a burger with grilled cheese sammies as a bun, that was pretty entertaining and he has lots of leftovers, haha! Their fries are seasoned VERY nicely, delicious. 11/10, we will be back!

Kid-friendliness: Server was great with my kiddo - he talks a lot and even though it was busy, the server let him talk!

We saw this place online. Thought we’d check it out. I’ll start by saying the food was phenomenal. My husband built his own burger and I got the shroom and Swiss. Best burgers we’ve had. The milkshakes were really good. We wanted to try the boozy ones, but we were told they didn’t have the liquor license since the new owners. No biggie. Only 4 stars because the buns on my kids burgers were really tough/stale so they could only eat the patty. Maybe over toasted. I’m not sure. And the waiter looked like he did not want to be there. However he was the only one working amd the place was dead. Probably bored out of his mind. Overall. Delicious food. We’ll come back. Hopefully they get the license thing figured out.

Absolutely delicious, amazing food, good gluten-free options, the Nutella shake was impossibly good. Definitely looking forward to returning.

New ownership, the food is now terrible.We had been so excited to see it was opening back up after months of closure. Ate there last night and everything we loved about the food is now gone. No more Korean fusion, no sauces and so much frozen/processed food. They also were out of milkshakes and all fish. No adult beverage either.The worst part is my son and I got food poisoning. Breaks my heart to say we won't be back unless the old owners take over again. We loved this place.

Awful, awful food. They were once great but no longer. Burger patty is clearly frozen and wings were undercooked. Our shakes were bad. Please save yourself the trip and go to Hops & Drops down the road. Anyone who is saying the food is good here either has zero tastebuds or is somehow affiliated with the business.
