We love coming to menchies! They have get flavors and a super friendly staff. Good treat anytime of the year.

This place is absolutely filthy!

My child and I walked in to get some frozen yogurt. We used the bathroom first and it was covered in grime. The toilet paper was out, the sink was not draining, then I looked in the hallway and every conceivable surface is sticky, stained, and just absolutely disgusting.

I think that if they obviously never clean the parts we CAN see, then its highly doubtful they are cleaning the dispensers and parts we CAN'T SEE! We walked right out of there.

I can't help but think that the owner/operators either are clueless as to the disarray and disturbing condition of this place or they simply DO NOT CARE for the health of their patrons.
The health department should inspect this place, in fact I may contact them myself.

I would not recommend coming here. Period.

Great store very clean and very nice owner and staff.

Love the service, Nick and staff are very accommodating. They keep up with our catering orders throughout the year. Highly recommended for a nice treat.

A bunch of different flavors to choose from. I definitely recommend trying the dole whip if they have it!

Such a wonderful place to stop and grab ice Cream in the Gig Harbor area. Place is clean welcoming and an overall great place for a quick stop for some healthy dessert.

My go to stop for desert, even with all the options I still get the same boring thing every time vanilla with Reese’s 😅

Never the same person working and usually distracted. Although we frequently stop here we find the chocolate syrup is always out and tonight marshmallow too. I saw the inside of the chocolate dispenser tonight😳
All that being said we like the yogurt and especially the sugar free options.

Bathrooms were disgusting and unclean. Soap, toilet paper and hand sanitizer were both broken/ out. Employees rude. Frozen yogurt came out of machine as liquid. Never had so many problems all at once. All around very disappointing and unclean. Would not recommend. Very unfortunate as there isn’t many froyo places in the area

Filthy, sticky, dirty, smelly and always out of low sugar options. Always been a big Menchie’s fan but this location is bottom of the barrel, yuck! We will no longer be visiting due to level of uncleanliness.

I have always loved going to Menchies, specifically the one by the Tacoma mall. I have tried the Gig Harbor Menchies just a few times. Each time I have been slightly disappointed by the lack of flavor options, however, this last visit 7 of the 14 options were broken. Not only that, but multiple of the toppings were broken. I am extremely disappointed in this location.

Visited Saturday at about 4:00. So maybe it had been hit hard but I really don't think there's any excuse for how dirty the doormat and the floors were. We did mention a big spill of frozen yogurt on the floor and the only employee that we saw cleaned it up right away.

It was so dirty in there the bathrooms were 🤮 disgusting chairs and tables were dirty and sticky! Needs a serious cleaning! Really disappointed!!!

Great fro yo here and conveniently spaced for a nice desert after a meal at any other close by restaurant. 10/10 would go again
