You may not know it, but if you dine at great restaurants and have had a clam or oyster dish, you have probably already enjoyed the great products provided by Minterbrook. We are a regular at their retail store, and we have never been disappointed with the quality of the product, or the great service. Can’t wait for them to open their own restaurant!

We picked up some oysters and mussels and they were superb. Friendly service and great selection, a true gem of the area.

Super cool place. Very established company . The owners are very kind, inviting, knowledgeable, friendly, and clean. You learn very fast just by walking around the property that this is a well run, organized system that has been obviously working very well I must say for many many years. You also can feel this isn't just his company but it's a passion. He takes great pride in everything he does. He treats his employees like they are gold. I think their employees "hang out room", and "dining, preparing food" area, that was so beautifully renovated recently and decorated the owners wife, is nicer than my entire house! She truly went out of her way as did he to make anyone who steps inside that building feel comfortable and forget you're in a shell fish l, ECT, building. I love looking at the entire process of how oysters are grown. It's super cool and interesting to see in person. Quality is definitely a high priority.
