Had to sit and wait for 20 minutes for our food and then they brought it to us in a bag. We left brought it home and The complete order was wrong. None of it was right. I tried to call twice and no one answered the phone. This is why we go elsewhere people.

Takes absolutely forever to get an order. They are also cheating their metrics by saying mobile orders are “ready” when they actually take an incredibly long time. They even try to convince you to get a different food so they don’t have to make something for you. 25 minutes for white rice.

My noodles weren't dry. They were moist and fresh!!!
I order here quite a bit and it's usually amazing but tonight's order was terrible. I asked for teriyaki and sweet and sour sauce but didn't get either. All of the food was cold and stale. It tasted like it had been sitting there all day.

Authentic? Probably not. But delicious to common American palates. Large portions, freshly made, reasonably priced. Restrooms cleanish. Dining room loud and cold, so wear a coat or sweater. Crumbl cookie place just down the street, and it is worth a visit.
