A good version of the Panera formula in a nice location in Gig Harbor. Ordered food with the app and it was ready to pick up as expected. Only slight downside is restrooms not super clean and needing some plumbing repair.

Nice place to stop for a sandwich. I love their breads and pastries. The tables were clean and an employee came through and checked the area regularly, wiping down empty tables as he came through.

Will never understand how they haven't figured out gluten free food.

My team really needed a pick me up, headed to Panera for some sweet treats & Monta was so patient with me helping me pick treats and how to order! I definitely left happier than I came in because of her pleasant manner and positive vibe.

Unpleasant experience with a Skyler and Sara - the first used her bare hands to pick a cake and the other did not acknowledge the quality issue when brought to her attention.
I’ve been coming here for years and used to really enjoy it. Lately though, the quality has noticeably declined. I’m not sure if it’s due to new management or specific staff changes, but my orders have been wrong more than half the time recently. I understand mistakes happen, but this has become a consistent issue, and it’s really disappointing from a place I’ve supported for so long.
I understand that rising prices and changes to recipes may be out of your control, but the one thing that is within your control is the quality of service, and unfortunately, that’s where the biggest decline has been.
Looks like a lot of people have been experiencing the same thing.

They have the worst service. Ordered and they tried to tell me I ordered wronge even though I had a receipt! Then proceeded to tell me they weren't gonna do anything about it
It's always a great go-to for a quick bite. Delicious and nutritious:)
Everything about this place is fantastic, great food , atmosphere and service!!

Not a good version of a BLT. Very dry.
Overall good experience. Was very surprised how good chili in the bread bowl was. A little spicy, and the sourdough bread was top notch.
I love to sit by their fireplace and eat Autumn squash soup.
clean, easy ordering, food was pretty basic
Okay, if you’re a parent you KNOW that parenting while you’re sick and your child is a one and a half year old discovering her pterodactyl scream for the first time is its own level of he….aven. So I did what any parent trying to keep their sanity would do, I ordered food online to be delivered to me and my growing baby dinosaur.
The food didn’t get delivered. I tried to call the delivery driver, I sent a carrier pigeon, I tried to use the bat-signal. Nothing.
My baby dinosaur was absolutely crushing crackers I offered as a temporary sacrifice. I desperately called the store. I forget her name and Panera gods I beg for your forgiveness because the manager that helped me was AWESOME. It was like Chris Pratt coming into tame all the raptors right when I was about to be eaten.
For a little background, they use DoorDash even through their website delivery, so they don’t have control over their delivery drivers.
Not to worry because hero manager took delivery drivers number from me, called him, couldn’t get ahold of him, got a new driver, made me a new sandwich, added in two cookies as additional sacrifices for my baby dinosaur and got it redelivered in half an hour. I love her. Give her a raise. Completely no fault of their own and worked hard to solve the issue and get me additional goodies.
Great service, 10/10 would recommend to tame dinosaurs.
