So I guess some restaurants are fighting inflation by making the quality of their products lower. Panera’s chicken rice soup used to be one of my favorites, and it was a fairly reasonable deal for the price. Now there’s a minuscule amount of chicken, not as many vegetables and not even as much rice. If their staff was sharper I might understand, but when I ordered a bowl of soup they gave me a cup, and I didn’t have enough time to argue about it.

Good service. Just wish they had better and healthier options. Everything in there is so unhealthy.

Normally I have a good experience here. Lately, they have been hiring people who do not want to work. When placing an order, unnamed female employee, seemed bored, did not speak clearly nor make eye contact. I Felt like I was an inconvenience to her. If the manager wants to reach out I can give you employee name. I get enough attitude from the wife and screaming kids. I come here to get away and enjoy a bit of peace without being judged for being disabled vet.

A good version of the Panera formula in a nice location in Gig Harbor. Ordered food with the app and it was ready to pick up as expected. Only slight downside is restrooms not super clean and needing some plumbing repair.

Nice place to stop for a sandwich. I love their breads and pastries. The tables were clean and an employee came through and checked the area regularly, wiping down empty tables as he came through.

My team really needed a pick me up, headed to Panera for some sweet treats & Monta was so patient with me helping me pick treats and how to order! I definitely left happier than I came in because of her pleasant manner and positive vibe.

Unpleasant experience with a Skyler and Sara - the first used her bare hands to pick a cake and the other did not acknowledge the quality issue when brought to her attention.
I’ve been coming here for years and used to really enjoy it. Lately though, the quality has noticeably declined. I’m not sure if it’s due to new management or specific staff changes, but my orders have been wrong more than half the time recently. I understand mistakes happen, but this has become a consistent issue, and it’s really disappointing from a place I’ve supported for so long.
I understand that rising prices and changes to recipes may be out of your control, but the one thing that is within your control is the quality of service, and unfortunately, that’s where the biggest decline has been.
Looks like a lot of people have been experiencing the same thing.

They have the worst service. Ordered and they tried to tell me I ordered wronge even though I had a receipt! Then proceeded to tell me they weren't gonna do anything about it
It's always a great go-to for a quick bite. Delicious and nutritious:)
