We love Pearl Tea. They have way more selection now than when they first opened, and the coffee I had was amazing. I split the bubble waffle with taro cream with my kiddo, and it was delish.

We LOVE Pearl Tea. The staff here are beyond sweet, extremely accommodating, and speedy. My wife and I have become regulars and this crew has gone out of their way so many times to make us feel special (most recently on my wife’s birthday). Their shop is cozy, cute, and consistent. As is the case with most bubble tea spots, there are some syrups, high sweetness, and strong flavors, so you’ll need to find what you like. But the boba itself is great (good size, good texture) and I’ve never had any problems with the freshness of the tea. They deserve your business and some love too!
Great beverages! I love this place. The staff is incredibly kind and respectful, which is so refreshing. I had the créme brulée brown sugar milk with boba, so good!

Why the fruit tea has no fruits in it, while the pictures online depicted such? They make it with artificial syrup and powder like it was a decade ago. Taste way too unnatural, horrible.

I love this place! I go here at least weekly and have never been disappointed. Hands down the best tapioca boba on this side of the peninsula! Everyone who works there is extremely sweet as well.

My boyfriend and I drive 29 miles to this place willingly for the boba here. If that doesn’t say just how good this stuff is, than I don’t know what to tell you.Parking: The parking is alright, plenty of angled parking spots nearby.Kid-friendliness: The atmosphere in the shop is very cute, I’ve seen people and their children sitting with the stuffies they have there for decor, it’s very kid friendly!Wheelchair accessibility: The location itself is up on the sidewalk, and is definitely accessible. The inside has plenty of seating options that can be modified for the comfort of the patrons.
