My order was supposed to be ready for pickup at 4:30 pm. When I got there at 4:30 they had not even started it yet. Absolutely no sense of urgency or sign of caring until the woman from another store showed up to help. I was disappointed to say the least.

Excellent pizza experience. Gavin was absolutely great at knowledge of the customers wants and suggested the perfect pizza for his new customer (me). The pizza was absolutely on point deep-dish The Works. Flavor was jam packed and the deep dish bread didn't make you feel bloated like others can do. I found out everything is made in house fresh everyday including the dough. Excellent customer service even on a holiday weekend!! Great atmosphere!! Awesome Food!! They even have salads and ice cream. I will for sure visit here again when I'm up from Texas. Thank you guys for a great experience!!
