They always make my "specific" coffee perfect! And serve with a smile and wish me a great day, I drive in from the key peninsula JUST to come to this store! And when I bring my lil diva princess, they treat her with pup cups and a smile too!
Parking: Much easier to access parking lot off Olympic vs pt fosdick where you get stuck in the center lane...which cars also want and need to use to get to correct lane for freeway access past the stop light! on the corner of Olympic and fosdick. Trust me...save yourself some time and possibly a bumper by using the entrance off olympic

If I could give 0 starts I ordered a HOT coffee and a pastry and i got HALF of a cup of COLD coffee and a cold danish. When i called to tell them they just said "oh its doordash and if you come in we can make yo a new coffee but no refund" worst customer service and nastiest stuff i have ever ordered. Its usually hit or miss with Starbucks anyway but after this i will NEVER got to ANY starbucks again!!!! I cant believe i got a half of cup of coffee. it was only a tall coffee and I couldnt even get that. what a disappointment and waste of money!

I had a large order of 30 individual coffees. We had run into a few hurdles with the order not coming through, but Ashley and Heidi did an amazing job helping navigate the hurdles and get out 30 drinks on time!! First time I've given a starbucks review, but this was an instance of people going over and beyond even on their day off! Thanks again for making a potentially disastores situation easy.

For a non-local. The drive thru is a bit unusual. Heck, it's straight up wonky. This Sbux shares the building with KeyBank, so the small parking lot traffic splits up the sbux drive thru. Often while you're in line for the drive up window. Another car will cut in front of you not knowing that you're in line. IYKYK! Usually if you give a polite honk, the person will back out and go to the actual end of the line. But I have seen drama here folks! But it's still pretty quick. The staff has always been kind and professional to me.

This Starbucks is connected to Key Bank in Gig Harbor, Wa. The bank is on the corner. Look for the bank and you will find Starbucks. Interesting setup, Starbucks uses the banks old drive up window. The driveway to Starbucks is a bit confusing, so go slow and you will be able to place your order. The employees are very friendly and helpful. A real pleasure to deal with. I will be back. ?
Parking: It is like going to the bank. Just take your time and you will be alright.
It's exhausting trying to find a Starbucks that can even make a drink as it is ordered. If extra ice is requested, it is to prevent the shots from melting everything and leaving you a warm "iced" drink, assuming they put in all the shots you PAYED for, is gross... especially at $8 a drink.Also, CORPORATE needs to fix their junk espresso machines. Your baristas don't know how to maintain the machine, let alone ALTER the grind for a shot.
