Have been going here for over 15 years. For some reason, in the last month they are shorting drinks. My last 4 beverages have been 2/3 full. Not a one-time accident, it's a regular thing now. No other Starbucks is doing this to us. Whoever runs this store is a shyster, we'll never go here again.

I did a mobile order for coffee and breakfast. I ordered 2 venti coffee drinks. My white chocolate mocha was full and perfect. My chesnut praline latte however was 3/4 of the way full. When you spend almost 7 dollars on a drink you expect it to be full. Unfortunately I didn't have time to say anything as I was running late for an appointment.

Just 30 minutes ago I ordered 3 lattes, and two of them had coffee, but the third one had absolutely no coffee at all, just milk! đŸ€Ș
My friends and I laughed and just mixed our drinks together to make it work.
But please pay attention to this.

Went in to grab a quick few drinks for myself and the family on the way to the pumpkin patch. Lindsey was a pleasure. Lindsey took my fiancé and I's order, I asked if the refreshers had energy drink in them (they don't, and I rarely go to Starbucks so I didn't know). Lindsey was quick to look and see if they had any Starbucks brand energy drinks in the fridges behind the counter, and made me a special energy drink mix, going above and beyond and obviously happy to do so. You can tell that Lindsey takes her job seriously and enjoys it. Additionally, the other staff there was all pleasant and we were greeted the moment we walked through the door, they all had smiles and created a nice environment throughout the visit. I'm absolutely loving this Starbucks locations. The staff are always super friendly and welcoming. They go above and beyond to make sure you feel at home and get your drink just right. The atmosphere is always cozy and inviting, perfect for catching up with friends or getting some work done. Big thumbs up to the entire team for providing top-notch service and making my coffee breaks a highlight of my day! â˜•ïžđŸ’•đŸ˜Š

Not sure what’s wrong here, but I placed a mobile order and have been waiting over 20min since I arrived. I’ve watched the whole line of drive through costumers come and go. Definitely avoid this location

Oh my gosh; where to even begin
.I have come to this Starbucks since I was a little kid. I’m 36 now. Never in my life have I experienced such ineptitude. I will now write my only review ever for a Starbucks after 2+ DECADES of frequenting. Enjoy.**Go to the drive thru to order 2 Venti White Chocolate Mochas (WCM). They give me 1 WCM and 1 Americano. Then I have to pull back around and go inside. While inside, I see they have the correct drink already off to the side. This means they knew they served me the wrong one right away. I tell them and they apologize and give me the right drink and I go back to the truck, pick it up to take a sip and it’s literally HALFWAY FULL. Are you kidding me? So for the 3rd time I march back in there and I let them have it. They tell me they had a huge mess and obviously it was them dumping out half a drink on accident on the floor then trying to serve it to me. Absolutely asinine I have to come in to the store twice after the drive thru once to get a simple 2-drink order correct. There wasn’t anyone even in line. Like—this is the most pathetic excuses of an operation I have ever seen and it’s no wonder why Starbucks is losing it’s popularity and mystique nationally; these people are actual idiots and then want more money for royally butchering simple orders. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves for serving me a halfway full drink on my 3rd time into the store. If a manager sees this, pull the video from 8:10 am and fire these employees ASAP. My next report is directly to the health department after I submit this. Goodbye.
