Last week stopped at this location and bought the daily $6.99 lunch special that is being advertised all over the place for subway. Went in today for that same special to find out this location is now charging $8.99. When asked why, the person behind the counter said we have Always charged $8.99. Told him just paid the advertised price of $6.99, he stated I couldn't have. Well yes I did. Showed him the subway advertised price of $6.99 on the subway website, he said yeah that's just the national price. Well subway is advertising it at $6.99 all over the place, then so should Gig Harbor Washington. What makes them any different. Talking about false advertisement. Also had to ask him several times to add more vegetables. He only had 3 chopped olives, onion, and hardly anything else on it. Also put the incorrect mustard on it, and no pepper like I asked for. Very disappointed with this location.

This was my first time at Subway, and I honestly didn’t know what to expect — but everything went really smoothly. I didn’t catch the name of the employee who helped me, but he was super friendly and polite. The whole experience was quick, simple, and easy — exactly what I want from a fast food place. I got a wrap, and it tasted fresh and decent. Nothing mind-blowing, but it hit the spot. Overall, my expectations were fully met.

Went to this Subway three days ago and was immediately turned around because they said they did not have anymore bread available for sandwiches. They still had an hour and a half before they were closed. Unacceptable.

For such a busy place and being open 24/7, more than one person should be there behind the counter. With online ordering and in store customers, gets busy. One employee can't keep up 😕

I order curbside pickup from here to grab before work sometimes. 80% of the time I'm disappointed with the sandwich so idk why i keep coming back honestly. The quality of ingredients are good, but the making of the sandwiches are lacking common sense. Its subway, if you want a good sandwich I guess go in to make sure its done right.
I ordered extra lettuce and spinach. Less is more i guess.
