Guy making my sandwich was extremely rude just because I asked if the American cheese was yellow or the white one and he gave me a dirty look and was like its white and then proceeded to keep giving me dirty looks the whole time. And me being a fast food worker actually assistant manager for a Popeyes location the service giving was uncalled for makes me never want to get a sandwich next time I come into gig harbor from a 3 and a half hour road trip

Food is tasty, and timely but on line ordering accuracy has collapsed. Always used a standing order. Worked fine til the last Last 2x. Paidg extra for bacon, but NO bacon; ask for MORE banana peppers but instead, NO peppers; ask for less jalapeños, but excess instead. Cant tell til you bite into it! One time's maybe a fluke, but 2. Staff never seems to be the same any more either. Be careful or try another store. Store is clean, newly renovated, also never seems to be crowded. Hope it straightens out.Enough for now

Everytime I come here and the guy with the little Dookie dreadlocks is so so so rude. I also noticed everytime anyone else is working the tables are cleaned the bathroom is clean the floor is swept but when rude Dookie braids is working the place is disgusting and filthy dirty. Dirty tables dirty floors dirty bathroom only when dookie braids is working. I don't understand why coworkers or manager doesn't make him do anything to keep it clean when he's working and tell him he's in a CUSTOMER SERVICE JOB.... STOP BEING SO RUDE... DOOKIE BRAIDS.

I had the philly sandwich. The roll was as dry as desert. I asked her to please put on everything that's supposed to be on there. I got The steak The cheese Some red onion And a few Pickles. Once I asked her again To please add what was supposed to be on the sandwich. That not what I got.

Probably the best customer service I've had at a fast food restaurant. Came in to order a couple sandwiches for dinner and the young lady working the afternoon/evening shift helped me. She was an exemplary example of how someone can balance being friendly and professional. She even got me to try a new sauce (not an easy thing to do). I left astounded that a visit to a Subway could leave me feeling that positive about the service I received. 10/5 stars.
