The staff Levi and Finn were amazing, professional, and fun. My wife's food was good but the chicken on the Nacho Chicken sub tastes what I would imagine that wet cat food would taste like.... very nasty and gooey.

I stopped in on my lunch break and I was pretty much waiting my whole lunch break for food that I didn’t even get to order. I had to leave mind you the younger girl working behind the counter was making lunch for herself and then had the nerve to pick up her sandwich and eat behind the counter. Super unprofessional don’t go here if you’re expecting eat something.

I placed my order ahead of time for pickup. My order wasn't ready when I arrived. I had chosen curbside pickup, and I waited and waited. The store was empty, so I went in to check. Their employee was making my sandwich wrong, and I explained this to him. He states, but that isn't what you ordered! Wow!

Got subway the other day here. Now just so you know, me and my mother prefer our lettuce and toppings on the side. Were a unique family. After them preparing the meat and cheese on the sandwich, I told the lady what toppings (salad and such) we wanted, she filled a salad bowl of theirs with them. When it came time to pay, she charged us for a salad on top of our sandwiches. When I questioned them about the charge. She went and got the manager, which he started arguing with me over filling the container. Which I didn't choose how much of the toppings she put in the bowl. I chose the less confrontation option and paid for the salad charge. Even though the toppings were enough for 2 foot long sandwich. Yet I had to pay 9 bucks more just to have them on the side!

I will never go to this location again, as I have asked this at the store I go to most and have never been charged extra!

I paid for extra meat when I ordered online and when I showed up and had to wait for them to make the food still, I watched him just.... not give me the extra meat I paid for. Kind of lame considering I pre-tipped also. Food was still okay I guess

The employee Adam, was very friendly. Super hard worker. Seemed to be the only person there taking care of walk-ins, call-ins and had to deliver an order to a customer's vehicle. All in the short time me and my husband were there.

The short blonde kid working behind the counter didn't toast our sandwiches, then he claimed it wasn't on the order, then I showed him the receipt. I paid for them to be toasted and then he didn't show any remorse - instead gave attitude about it. At first he wouldn't remake the sandwich and was going to toast the whole thing instead...I had to ask for a whole new sandwich. The whole situation was very off-putting and made us not want to come back.

No More Honor Killings

I went inside. The guy came out from the back, and pretended like I wasn't even there as he, without a word, started up an online order or something of the sort consisting of several footlongs. All i wanted was one quick footlong veggie. Wouldn't have taken but two minutes or so. But I'm automaticly in the back of the line for someone else who isn't even there yet. I went to McDonald's instead. They don't ignore you there

My only complaint was that the two items I ordered were made on the opposite bread. Mine was supposed to be flat bread, made on Italian, and my husband's was supposed to be italian, made on flat bread. Same sandwich (Italian BMT), just his had all sauce and extra others, whereas mine had no sauce due to sensitivities. And the Flatbread was not toasted. It was an online order, I got there quick, and when I got there, the one gal left the new guy to do everyone's order himself. He did a great job, for the pressure he was under, stayed calm; I'm not upset with him at all. I make mistakes too.
