Best chocolate croissant I ate so far in the Puget Sound and, believe me, I am French 😜! Everything was great, the place, the taste, the coffee, the staff!

Are you looking for that place that all the locals know about, but otherwise is missed by the mainstream crowd? Where people go for a nice, usually, sit and relax and chat over amazing food? Where the viewest lovely and the people are friendly and every bite is a new adventure?

Then let me tell you, I have found your spot! You don't come here for speed or a drive through, you come here to sit and relax, with a coffee and an amazing pastry, or maybe a delightful panini.

She proved service and food with pastries that are absolutely on the next level. You can tell it is a local favorite as every seat in the house is bustling with people, relaxing and chatting and having a wonderful time.

My Panini did take a minute, but the melted brie dripping out the sides on knock your socks off french baked panini bread and the amazing pesto pasta side made it well worth the wait. My mocha was absolutely the tastiest cup I have had in a week. My apple kauign was so good I couldn't even get a picture before I ate the whole thing!

Go here on a day when you have time to sit and relax and enjoy. You will not regret it.

A Gig Harbor staple! Love starting mornings here with a scone and latte. Tasty sandwiches also make it a great lunch spot (with a view). I’ll grab a loaf of bread to take home for the week in between visits. Check out Suzanne’s if you’re looking for the best local cafe and bakery!

We came in Saturday morning and ordered 2 coffees, 2 pastries. It's a small place with an odd set up, seating is cramped and it wasn't comfortable or relaxing. Staff was friendly.

There were no cinnamon rolls on display so before ordering I asked if they were out and was told no she'd grab more from the back. After ringing us up she came and said they were out and since we'd already paid offered to give us something else. We ended up with a sweet pecan roll and a chocolate croissant. Both were supposed to be warmed but were served roomed temp. The cinnamon roll was hard and tasted old, we didn't even eat half. The chocolate croissant was also hard and not in the flaky crispy way but in the tough, stale way. I took pics because i was so disappointed but am not seeing a way to upload here. The ice coffee was great. The hot coffee was requested to have extra white chocolate. It was served lukewarm and didn't taste like it had any sweetness so definitely didn't have extra. Overall, after tip, we paid $28 dollars for once iced coffee because it was the only enjoyable item. We definitely will not be back.

We have been coming here for years and love the pastries but in the last few months something has definitely changed. My assumption is perhaps they started using a new oven and maybe it runs a little hotter than their old equipment but there is no question that everything is being baked too long now. It was like someone turned a light switch--one day a few months ago everything was darker, drier and clearly overbaked. I figured they would get whatever the change was dialed in --but that hasn't happened. My go to is the almond croissant and I have had so many over the years--yeah, I'm bona fide expert on the before and after. Still great service and great ambiance but I wish they would get this figured out and get back to the consistency of baked goods they used to have because the dry and burnt thing isn't cool.

Pleasant outdoor seating. Always get a cinnamon roll and cup of coffee. Cozy casual coffee shop in the AM and transforms into a quality deli for lunch. Recommend the Ruben ?
