Very unsuspecting place. Happened upon it running errands, and it's some of the best Mexican food I've had locally! Fresh, authentic, rustic flavors. Delicious salsa and chips, quesa birria, and tacos. The drinks look tempting, too. Definitely will be back!

I had a fabulous meal at Tacos Tijuana with my girlfriend the other night... The people are so friendly... both the patrons and servers. It's a small, casual place near the Goodwill.
The pupusas are lighter than most, served with a chunky tomato onion salsa. I normally don't order carnitas, but I'm really happy I got the carnitas tacos; super moist without being greasy, the tortillas had just a slight crispness from being on the grill... So fresh and delicious! The beans are really great too... My girlfriend would want me to mention that. We drank Modelos and had a great time talking to people. Highly recommend for a casual meal. Just thinking about it makes me want to run over there now!

Worst food. Salsa and queso were tasteless. Absolutely no flavor. On top of that the hibiscus margaritas had no tequilla just pure sugar. I asked to take off the charge and they denied my request. The only thing they got right was the mexican rice.

This is a family favorite to Latin foods in Gig Harbor.....Their flavors are always amazing....
Had food from here a few years ago when they first opened and was not overly impressed, but they were new. I decided to give it another try recently and I’m very happy I did. I’ve ordered twice in the past week now. Both times just had the quesabirria tacos which are among the best. Staff is very friendly and fast service. Looking forward to trying other menu items. Note: the menu is difficult to read online, but the Tacos Tijuana are quesabirria tacos with consomme

I would give 0% if I could buy some carne asada tacos and they were very ugly cooking without salt or salt flavors I felt to the meat apart from the tortilla they don't make them smaller because they can't. I do not RECOMMEND it

First of all, we ordered the platter. And we probably should have called ahead considering how hungry we were and how much food they give you for the price. But let me tell you, every bite of tacos, burritos, chips, salsa and otherwise was made fresh and authentically. Will definitely stop again when we're in the area. Thank you so much!

It is truly authentic Mexico cuisine with a very basic atmosphere. The food is excellent, and the prices are OK. I will be back again and again, and I think you will too!
