OMG!!!! I am not a big fan of BBQ and I would eat at this place everyday if I could! The spare ribs, Mac n and cheese and beans were nothing short of AMAZING! We got the carrot cake and peach pastry to go and they were delicious even a couple days later! The drinks were awesome too! The only thing I’m sad about is I didn’t get to try the tacos!
The food here is decent and a solid option for the immediate area, even if it doesn't quite stand out by broader Washington standards. However, the service is consistently quite slow—we’ve dined here a few times now, and having to wait roughly 50 minutes for food has generally been the case. It’s a reliable local choice as long as you aren’t in a rush and manage your expectations regarding the wait times.
Wonderful place, the food is excellent, highly recommend the coleslaw and potato salad as sides. Have been to the north cascades twice now and had to stop at gunner’s at least once each trip— best restaurant around! The servers are great too, and the cocktails are well worth it
