I have been brewing my own espresso for about 15 years now, and I am always eager to try new coffee products and give them a try. I met Father Michael at the Richland Farmers Market on Friday morning, and inquired about the best roast for caramelly/cocoa-y with lots of crema. He recommended his 11th Hour Espresso and promised to refund my money if I was not please. Boy, am I pleased! I use a Rancillio grinder and espresso machine, ground the beans at #8 and was rewarded with beautiful, delicious crema from the grup. If you have ever tried Blue Bottle Hayes Valley espresso, you will find an improved match with Father Michael's 11th Hour Espresso. Fabulous coffee!
