The food had been consistently slipping and after this last order I think I'm done. Pretty gross. Smashed wings container. No sauces. Main meal somehow undercooked but burned on the sides. Sloppy all around. High turnover and chaotic at carryout. Time to eat better.
I can't give Papa John's 5 stars for 2 reasons... 1) their customer service is lacking a great deal. 2) I've had plenty of mistakes made on my pizzas but it's not usually until I get it home that I realize this.Papa John's is what I call "fast food pizza", it's not high end, it's a cheap alternative to good pizza. If you're looking to feed a group it is a good option.
Not a big fan of Papa John's but I do have to say that this definitely the best one that I have been to. The cashier was very friendly and my order came out in good time. I will eat here again if in the area.
