I had the Eggs Benedict with steak as the protein. I was a little unsure of how the Hollandaise would play with the steak, but it paired well. Steak was a nice medium with a good sear to it. The poached egg was perfect. A very enjoyable dining experience.
Came to camp and didn't expect much from a little café serving a town of 3,000 in the middle of nowhere. This staff blew my expectations out of the water. The decor is cute, vintage, matching the charm of the town. The server was attentive and kind. The food was fresh and cooked in a rustic style.
