**Guadalajara Grill Taco Truck** has the best Mexican food in Graham. The street tacos are delicious, coming with grilled onions and radish like in Mexico, plus a roasted serrano chili. The regular asada tacos have tender, melt-in-your-mouth meat. The homemade salsas are fantastic—the red salsa is perfectly spicy, the verde is mild with lots of tomatillo flavor, and the roja is fairly spicy but not overwhelming. The guacamole is always fresh. Burritos are huge, warm, and delicious, with generous portions for the pricing. The business owner/chef is super friendly, kind, and personable. The staff is super friendly. Everything is fresh, hot, and very tasty. It is absolutely worth the visit and highly recommended.
