Ice Cream Shops in Grand Coulee, WA

“The ice cream was good, my kids enjoyed it. We ate our treats outside the storefront on the seats provided. The reason I am giving 4 stars was because someone from inside-a worker I assume-came out and took a smoke break at a bench on the otherside of the door from us maybe 10ft away. The smoke trailed towards me and my family and made the experience of enjoying the ice cream and unpleasant one. I say it was probably a worker because they took a half used cigarette from the planter and finished it. I just wish they had taken their break at a different spot or maybe once we had left.“
