Tonight, we went to PK's Culinary for dinner. Their special was the Smoked Prime Rib, with mashed potatoes and veggies.It was delicious!! The smoke ring on the prime rib is no joke. My husband had their New York Strip with mashed potatoes and rice pilaf (he doesn't like the bell peppers in the veggies). The smell alone would make your drool! Best tomato soup we’ve had! Loved all the gluten free options being Celiac. Almost a diner type atmosphere with great service and clean environment. Definitely glad we stopped on our way through.
A delightful surprise. Brisket tacos were delicious and went well with hard pineapple cider. My husband had the brisket sandwich,which was enormous and came with a side of tasty fries with an interesting cut. We had dinner here on both of the evenings we spent in Grand Coulee.
