Was having issues with my ebt card, but my son has an eating disorder so getting this transaction to work was SO important. Very very freaking thankful for the staff right now who took the time to hear us out, work with us, prioritize the OTHER customers (yes, this is important bc a company cannot halt for a single customer) and ultimately get the situation figured out.
