I had the order of quesadillas, out of this world delicious. It took me back to my childhood eating my mom's quesadillas. Hands down the best carne asada quesadilla I've had in the valley. HOMEMADE TORTILLAS!!!

Muy BueNo!! Fantastic food truck right off the freeway folks that has never been a disappointment and been coming here couple times a month for a while now! I’m gonna say best enchiladas in eastern Washington hands down. For $16 ,I’m 236 and 1 plate barely leaves any room for dessert! My stomach salutes you guys and thanks for hooking a fat boy up outta the deep south with some great authenticity!🤩🐷

They were up front on the wait time, I chose to wait and ordered tamales instead.
Meat was perfectly cooked, perfectly seasoned and was NOT full of fat chunks. These were meat filled tacos on perfectly cooked homemade tortillas. The burrito was huge and so delicious! The quesadillas were so tasty and filling. Nothing was small portioned, worth every penny and the service was the best I’ve experienced in a long time. 10/10
