I love fish and chips but I can say that I wouldn't order it there. Everything was great though! The company I was with ordered the Cobb salad and the steak and blue cheese salad. Looked great and they were very satisfied. Overall, it was a great place to dine at.

Manager hung up on me multiple times. Sarah is unfit for management and needs to work somewhere other than customer service. I manage a restaurant and I would have fired her no questions asked

Bar tender would not serve me a beer due to my license being from florida

The atmosphere here is amazing. Our server was very nice and welcoming. I ordered rib eye steak that was prepared the best I’ve ever had. I had veggies and chili soup and both were amazing. We were able to play some trivia and then head out. Great food at great prices!

Have you ever left a hot dog in the microwave too long? The ends get dark brown and hard as a rock and the middle is almost as bad. That's what I was served at the end of the Buzz Inn's hot dog promotion last summer. At that point you don't yell at the "chef" bc he's obviously clueless and you don't yell at the waiter who asks "do you want another one?" bc doesn't get it either. You shake your head, pay your bill and then you never go back.

Took about 10 minutes to do an order for two entrées because the gentleman could not figure it out on the register. He sighed loudly in frustration many times while he was taking my order. It was a to go order. When I got there, there was six people ahead of me so it took about 20 minutes to get to the point where I could pay for my order. At this point it was about 40 minutes after I ordered it. He disappeared for about 10 minutes and he came back up carrying a bag and said to go order for Bill. I said that's me. I paid and I live about three minutes away when I got home the temperature of the beer battered cod was right at 100°. They forgot one of my side orders also. Totally horrible visit I will not go back.

Walked in around 11, seated ourselves, waited about 15 - 20 minutes before the waitress finally brought menus and told us it would be about 45 minutes to an hour before food would be ready. Why would they make us wait so long to tell the 2 of us food was an hour away? Not going back.

Stopped her for a dinner out with my 2 daughters. We sat down around 6, ordered our food and drinks pretty quickly. I ordered a simple burger, my daughters got easy kids meals. The restaurant wasn’t busy. Maybe 3 other families in the dining area. Our drinks show up fairly quickly. After about 15 minutes, we see another family come in. Same thing, they sit down and order. They get their drinks. Server comes by a few minutes later and apologizes for the wait, and she brings my daughters some crackers. Pretty nice cause they’re getting super hungry. After waiting nearly 45 minutes, the family that came in after me gets their food… so I told the girls we were going to go somewhere else. I went to the front desk and asked to pay for the drinks. The server came out and apologized and said the kids meals were ready but it was my burger that was taking so long… so I took their food to go. And I left with nothing for myself. Can’t say that I’ll ever go back

Our burger and steak came out before our salads. I ordered a NY steak med rare and it came out over cooked on one end and raw on the other. I said eff it and said something and didn't want to send it back to the kitchen so I ordered another top sirloin with the same med rare directions. It was really rare still. The guy next to me must have heard me complain because he ordered a hell of a thicker steak than I did at medium and it was barely cooked in the the middle... I'm a blue collar guy and work hard for my money if I go to an establishment that I have been loyal too for over 20 years I'd expect better than this.... I did get comped the NY. But it still doesn't make up for the cook.... Craig reach out to me if you wanna make this right.

I heard the buzz for real. Was disappointed I didn't get taken into the basement like last time... buuut I'm practicing my Latin and promise not to tell. Like ever ever ever. Please at least give me their collars back though and re-using the crates makes sense to me but seriously the secret secret menu is super hot! Lolz
