“Stopped in to hang a bcrf poster and have a cold one just in time to miss an incredible squall, and then we parted ways and the weather was beautiful for the ride ”
“Actually can’t rate service or atmosphere since we’ve only been ordering take out for the past year, but genuinely impressed with flavors and portions. Seems like a lot of folks are disappointed in pricing, but I hope they can realize it’s no fault of small businesses that have to keep up with distribution/wage/costs of owning a restaurant in a small town these days. The quality has been consistent and we are fortunate enough to have diversity in cuisine options in our community. Happy to support you all!”
“This is a wonderful place to enjoy authentic Mexican dishes and atmosphere in Granite Falls. Their food is always fresh and delicious. Chicken enchiladas dish is my favorite.”
“Omega has best food around.. Alex always slays the food.. incredible.. The girls are always very friendly and make you feel at home .. I could eat a Garbage Grinders three times a day for the rest of my life.. I always tell anyone looking for a great place to eat to come to get a Garbage Grinder at Omega's..”
“Love love love this cafe! It’s my new favorite place. Stopped here with my daughter on a whim and had the tomato bisque and grilled cheese. Fantastic food, the service was friendly and prompt, atmosphere is nice and spacious so you’re not sitting on top of other patrons. Highly recommend!”
“Not only is Colleen and her staff a bunch of AMAZING women, they legitimately have the best tasting coffee around and best service! I don't go anywhere else and even buy my beans from her. I can not recommend them enough!!!”
“It was the first time going to this establishment, and the place was very clean. The food was excellent. The lady who checked me out was very helpful and very personable! Will definitely be back again!”
“Love the morning gals! Coffee is great and baristas have an amazing memory for what we drank the time Before. welcoming, since we just moved here. Busy stand so there can be a wait. But well worth it!!!”
“The best fish n chips in town. 10/10 would recommend and they are fast and have great service.Kid-friendliness: I took my kiddo in her stroller. Plenty of room to wait and nobody was annoyed with her squawking ?”
“Cute good vibes coffee spot in Granite Falls...that won me over! It is drive up or walk up. I didn't get anything fancy but it was DELICIOUS! Americano with oat milk!! Looks like they had some fun specialty coffee drinks. Barista was super friendly and my hope is to come back before our trip ends! I do wish they sold there beans to take back home. :-) Highly recommend!”
“Great food, great price, great human. The Teriyaki is excellent and you will not find another place like it, I can gaurentee that.Pretty sure the proprietor lives upstairs and runs the restaurant out of his own house.Great reminder of what Amrerica is (supposedly) all about.Five stars for the food,Five stars for the couch in the dining area,Five stars for the Winter 2007 issue of Country Magazine.Love it.Parking: Easy, straightforward.Kid-friendliness: Nice people. “The woman working tonight and making our 4 sandwiches did a wonderful job and was friendly despite the fact that my husband had just smoked weed then drank a whole bottle of wine in the bathtub and we showed up at 930pm.”
“We ordered some pizzas and some wings to take home. absolutely delicious, only thing is only come with 20$ dollar bills cuz they don't take bigger bills than that. But 10/10 I recommend!”
“Took my family tonight for dinner I’ve been to all the locations for this place but granite falls is hands down killing it on the grill. We ordered super Swiss dips and a Baja burger for my son hands down the best I’ve ever had . And I can cook good . The cooks here blew it out of the water. My Swiss dip was premo. Tips for all the cooks tonight and the wait staff. Hands down this location is the best. Thanks for an amazing dinner I’ll be back”
“Didn't eat there, no real deals like BK and Wendy's. It is combined with a mini mart and bathrooms between, which is what we needed after driving to big4 ice caves and finding them closed, and the ranger station too.”
“If you're looking for high-end gourmet food that is always more than delicious in little Lake Stevens Washington LJ's bistro and Bar is the only place to go.They always have extremely good ingredients and menu items to choose from but not overwhelming. Their bar staff serves exotically delicious drinks that have very beautiful presentation. It's a very exciting and fun place to eat and the staff is very friendly. It's awesome to see the kitchen staff at work buzzing around making their what I would like to callFOOD ART.If you're looking for a piece of meat or just a burger it is all absolutely delicious!!!Dietary restrictions: I have some very strict dietary restrictions and LJ's is one of the only places that we can go that doesn't make me sick because they use such great ingredients.Parking: We've always had pretty good luck with grabbing a parking spot even when they're busy but at times it seems like the parking lot is really full and the last time we were there our friends that were with us discovered that if you go straight back and around the back of the building complex there's a whole parking lot in the rear on the west side...”
“The service was amazing. I'm guessing it was the owner. I was talking to and she was an absolute sweetheart and took the time to explain all the dishes. I didn't get her name. But she looked like mom and possibly daughters working. They were all absolutely so sweet and the food. Oh my god out of this world Highly recommend. The chicken was crispy just like the picture and cooked perfectly Probably could have gotten A better picture but it was absolutely amazing delicious. Next time i'm gonna get the burger”
“This is now one of my favorite Italian restaurant. Amazing in every aspect( food, service, ambience ). Chicken Rosso was amazing, so is lemon chicken Italiano both are must try. Alfredo pasta also tasted great, also tried chicken sub which is good too. The portions are generous, and the sides, including garlic bread and Caesar salad, are also delicious. I’m definitely coming back if back in town. Our waitress, Kara, did an incredible job ensuring we had everything we needed to enjoy our dinner.Kid-friendliness: They have kids menu items like kids pasta and all”
“A home run everytime I go. They do everything Right. The food, drinks, service etc. we always bring people here that have never been and they leave saying “we always want to go here when we come visit” kudos to the LJ’s/Pines family! Oh, see you again VERY soon.”
“Very friendly, fresh food, very efficient, and I have frequented many Vietnamese places... this is the top 3!!!! Highly recommended!!!! Never disappointed, and I have gone Here over 100 times. BEST VIET/THAI restaurant in lake stevens!!!!!!”
“Here's a funny story....Brace yourself, it will be long. To be respectful of the owner, owners, whatever it may be, I am omitting names and locations. Anyway...I used to order Teriyaki regularly during my lunch break from a specific location in WA. I loved the taste and the portions of this particular place. I LOVED this place. I ate Teriyaki exclusively at THIS place. If I wanted Teriyaki on a weekend, I would drive 25 minutes to get it from THIS place.I would always order this specific order: Chicken Breast Teriyaki, no salad, extra rice, and a side order of gyoza, no drink. I know, that's a lot of food for a dude 5'8" at a buck fifty, but I can put it away, especially during a cheat meal.Overtime, I would order, and the person on the line would say. "David? 15 minutes." So she got to know me through my repetitive and specific order.I loved the taste of the food. Everything. The portions are huge. You don't see that very often....Large portions and good food. It's typically either good food, small portions or bland food, large portions. Not here, which is why they earned my exclusive business. She also always included a drink and didn't charge me for it.This went on for years until one day, I noticed a sign on the door that they would be closing. I was pretty sad about it, but I just kind of accepted it as a lot of my favorite food places in that area also were closing. I also am not the best at dealing with grieving people or sad situations.I only ate Teriyaki a handful of times after that for the next 4-5 years. Typically out of necessity when I didn't bring a lunch, but only a handful of times and always disappointed they could not hit the bar I was used to.This was about 10 years in total.Recently, about a year ago, I was sitting on a the sofa and thinking about what I should have for a cheat meal....Scrolling and thinking, "No, no, no. None of these places will do." I started having flashbacks of the Teriyaki and Gyoza that I used to have.I decided to give it another go.I called up my local place in Lake Stevens "Teriyaki Diner." I ordered Chicken Breast Teriyaki, no salad, extra rice, a side order of gyoza, no drink."I kid you not, the woman on the line says, "David?"I can't tell you the euphoria, excitement, and shock I was feeling all at the same time. I had a minor existential crisis before I answered, "Yes!" There wasn't much you could say to me at this time to bring me down.We both kinda laughed it off before confirming my order. I went and picked it up as usual. Same place. Same great food. Same great people.Anyway....been ordering regularly again ever since. Love this place.PSTeriyaki is a great choice if you are on a diet and feeling naughty. Not sure who needs to hear that, but you are welcome.”
“Finally went for chai. It was beyond! Don't worry about the price, absolutely worth every penny! The chai smelled delicious and tasted sublime. Definitely going back!”
“We ordered the fish and chips and the fish was delicious and the fries were hand cut and tasty. The only thing we didn't like was that there was garlic in the slaw and it was off putting to the point we couldn't eat it. Other than that, it was great!”
“Love everything!!! Cookies, cupcakes and rice crisps are delicious. I honestly could eat a tasty treat from Jennys daily if it wasn't for cost and extra calories. lol Service is always wonderful. Nice location and easy to access. Enjoy!!!”
“The biscuits are to DIE for. We have tried to make this a semi regular place to get breakfast from since it's close by and prices are reasonable. We get the chive and cheddar biscuit with the sausage gravy. The mushroom gravy is also amazing.”
“This place has the best apple fritters I have ever had. And the service is extraordinary in all rights. You walk in and you feel like your in a small Wonka world. With Exquisitely made delectable donuts. If you haven't been here, do yourself a favor and just go. You won't be sorry..( order ahead especially the apple fritters, they sell out fast )”
“Would like to know if the lady who was kind enough to help me back out onto the rd. Is still working here. I was hoping to thank her personally. Thanks!Parking: Tight quarters for a big rig pulling a 53' trailer”
“Excellent street tacos, excellent everything!! You can't miss with this place!Parking: Small parking lot in a small strip mall, but have never had a problem finding parkingKid-friendliness: Great kid menu. My grands love itWheelchair accessibility: Accessibility good”
“We've gone here a couple times before and enjoyed their bubble teas. While there previously the workers/ shop owner was really nice and talked to us about their remodel and updates. Our girls were able to color and put their drawing on a specified section of the wall. My husband and I have been going through a difficult time grieving his mom and decided to get bubble tea to try and cheer up after a difficult day. Unfortunately when he was carrying the drinks home two of them dropped and were unsalvageable. With how terrible we've been feeling I decided to call and explain that we lost two of our drinks by accident. We were told it was no problem and to return to get replacements. You honestly never know what others are going through but kindness goes a long way in times of need. We appreciate your freshly made teas, wonderful service, and compassion.”
“This place is my favorite hidden gem! The ladies are super nice and can always recommend something delicious to try. Their prices cannot be beat either. Skip Starbucks and come here.”
