Thai House Authentic Thai Cuisine is a hidden gem in the tiny town of Granite Falls. This place is in a cute little house with a smell of cedar throughout. The food is absolutely delicious and authentic. The spring rolls are super fresh and flavorful, and the pad kee mao is so yummy. Fantastic Pad Thai is available, and the Kee Mao is a new favorite. The Chicken Pad Prik is served with rice, with fresh tasting veggies and a light, tasty sauce. The crab delight, beef Pad Thai, and Spicy Seafood mix are all awesome. The tom kha soup is also a hit. The owner is so nice, the staff is friendly, and the service is incredibly fast and prompt. This is a phenomenal place with outstanding cooking and a perfect post-hike treat after a hike like Lake 22. Definitely recommended.
