foods always wrong or just not cooked all the way...spent 30 minutes waiting for my food. spacing out in the parking lot, found out they gave my food to some one else or they completely forgot about me, She said. Thank God it was the one time I took the receipt.. because they needed it for my order.. they definitely need a different fast food place in granite 🤣
Their receipt from drive thru is not legible. I have pointed this out for months and it only gets worse. This location is ripping it's customers off by making impossible to take the survey.
Never had issues with this location that I can recall, got nice discounts and BOGOs through their app, and are quite nice folks at this McD!
Parking: The parking lot is shared between the gas station, but mostly favors the McD itself. I've never seen it fully packed, although some long drive-thru lines could make pulling out a mild annoyance for your other drivers.
