The burgers are delicious. I like the unique combinations and delicious sauces. The fries and onion rings were cooked perfectly. The staff were very friendly and my order was ready quickly.

This is my second time coming here and giving this place a try. The first time around, I opted to not get cheese on my burger and found it to be unbelievably dry. So much so that this time around, I kept the cheese on. My hope was that keeping the cheese on would improve things. It did not. The burger had next to no sauce on it and therefore was dry and a struggle to get through. I’d love to know how lean their beef is as well because, as I said, the eating experience was a dry one.
I want to like this place SO BADLY, because I really like their menu…but I don’t think I can bring myself to go back :(

Went for the burger day special. I was declined and the special was not honored because I did not have the app. I stepped aside to attempt to install the app and the employee behind the counter got a bit snippy with me and told me I had to have the app installed prior to today to get the special.
This is an extremely poor marketing strategy. So many of people would have been willing to sign up and customers would have been made.
The burger I got wasn't bad, but I wasn't pleased with the portion size. I'll probably give them another chance to do better.

THE BEST gluten free bun I’ve ever had!!! And as someone who can’t eat gluten, that’s saying something. It’s a little loud but that’s just the atmosphere of the restaurant. I grab and go?? love the food and service though

Need to name it Nasty burger. Tastes like burnt grill scrapings. This used to be a good place to eat. We will NOT be back. Very disappointing to spend that much and go away hungry in this economy. Sign of the times apparently.

Called in my order. Took me about 7 minutes to get there, when I arrived it was already packed up and good to go. It was absolutely delicious 11/10 definitely recommend.
