The absolute best hamburger I have ever tasted, and the fries were delicious and cooked perfectly. The service from the moment we walked in was phenomenal as well. Clean bathrooms, clean tables, and very quick service. 10/10 would recommend.

Not sure what’s going with this location I usually go to their east side 164th. But this one something is wrong burger was super drippy and salty, tables dirty and had piece of food on them and only one other table was there not sure why all tables had crumbs on them and no effort to clean them finished my food still tables not cleaned. Customer service energy was down like they didn’t wanna be their vibe/ or didn’t sleep well. I hope they fix it and get their game face on. Or maybe the 164th location can retrain this one. Sorry not sorry I hope you take this in a constructive way, I mean your edge is in your burgers and service but if those are down then people will go to consistency either east side or switch to red Robbins I hope this helps!

Definitely a place I would recommend for anyone to grab a bite. Hailey took our order and was exceptional. Our order was made quickly and was so good. I didn't realize the house sauce had pickles in it (so if you dont like pickles, avoid the house sauce). However they were gracious enough to remake me a burger. Jake is think his name was, cooked the burger to perfection and even came out to make sure it wasn't his mistake and explain the sauce a little. One of the last places left with great customer service.
