Best Korean restaurant I visited "SOOL" as they opened at the Vancouver location. I was super excited that they opened here since most of Korean restaurants are saturated in Tigard or Beaverton area. My first impression of the restaurant is vey clean and fresh as they made open the kitchen so that customers can see it thru the hall. Very trusty. Recently discovered this much needed Korean cuisine in Vancouver while dropping our pups off at the groomers. I ordered a bulgolgi plate and a potsticker appetizer. My husband ordered a pork bulgolgi and the tteok bokki. Banchan was brought out first and shortly after that, our meals were brought out on sizzle plates. The food is suuuuuper great. My boyfriend and I have gone here a couple times after finding it on Yelp and cannot get enough of it. The first time we ordered La galbi, beef bulgogi, and tteokbokki, in which they were all so delicious. Our personal favorite is definitely the beef bulgogi because of the sauces savory flavor. In addition, the service is very good as well. The server is so nice, friendly, and helpful. We plan on coming to eat here again soon!
