First time I had the seafood dolsot bibimbap the sauce looked a lot more like Gochujang and like a paste and it smelled phenomenal and had me licking it off the bowl, but the 2nd time it was a lot more liquidy and didn't smell or taste near as good, idk if I received mild spiced the first time instead of medium but if that was the mild sauce or it goes back to the old sauce next time I'll update this to 5 stars
It was a great experience, food is totally worth it. I have worked in Asian restaurants and could say I was very satisfied, my family loved it as well. We will be returning again.
The chef came out and made a round to make sure food was great, the server was very professional and kept on checking on us and we really like that, we felt tended to as one should.

OWNERS MUST OF CHANGED. 4 stars in the hopes things change. We haven't been in a while but our usual order was Yukgaejang, Kalbi, japchae, and bulgogi. My favorite dish Yukgaejang!!! Has been changed and replaced with cheap meat and veggies!! I honestly am devistated, it was my go to for cold weather or feeling under the weather. The Banchan (small side dishes) have always been tiny so no big deal. But the quality was horrible. I hope the new owners see this and can make...
