“This place is one of my favorite spots for a fresh, hot, and tasty Korean meal. Out of all the restaurants in Vancouver, this place always comes to mind when I want a cozy lunch or dinner that feels like a home-cooked meal. This was my 5th visit here. Honestly, service used to be a hit or miss with past waitstaff, so having the owner personally run the floor now is a huge upgrade—He is so friendly, attentive, and brought our food right to our table! I highly recommend their beef bibimbap and LA galbi. The tempura shrimp is also amazing—it literally melts in your mouth! Totally recommend supporting awesome local spots like this.“

“after a long wait of 20 minutes, we got a table to celebrate SVD, we ordered food and we were really hungry, after 20 minutes of nobody coming by or the server even asking if we got anything, a guy from the kitchen comes to ask if we got our food, I asked him to cancel our order, wich by the way was not even started! The organization of this place is terrible and the customer service is worthless, don't waste your time. Unless you want your night out ruined by a bad restaurant“

The yakisoba and rice were both fantastic! 😋 While we were dining, Sam, the manager came out to greet us.. very friendly and was very kind and appreciative. Another awesome thing about this place is the excellent service and clean tables!! Reasonable prices as well! The menu has so many options, I look forward to going back and trying other menu items. “One of the best Korean restaurants in town! We drive 40 minutes just to eat here, even though there are plenty of Korean restaurants near us. Nothing compares to Bibim.

Not only is the food consistently delicious, but it's also a family-owned business, which makes the experience even more special. Their daughter is one of the kindest people you'll meet, she always goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome.

Every dish is full of flavor, fresh, and made with so much care. If you haven't tried Bibim yet, you're seriously missing out on some of the best Korean food around.

I'm genuinely rooting for this business because they truly deserve to thrive. Supporting local family-owned restaurants like this is always worth it, and I'll happily keep making the 40-minute drive for their incredible food. ❤“

“The chicken is top notch, even if $5 for a whole wing is a little on the pricy side. The gochujang isn’t super spicy, and a great flavor. The snow cheese wings were delicious and somewhat unique. They offer you little plastic gloves to keep your hands clean, pretty handy!“

“Jeju was such a great experience. From our server to every bite and drink we took. The food was delicious. The wings are probably my favorite. They are sweet and messy but totally worth it. The earlier you go the better. It is not too busy and the severs are very attentive. The drinks are fun with unique twists.“

“This was an unassuming place in downtown St.Johns to find a Korean restaurant. Street parking was easy to find even on a weekend. The space itself was small but very clean and beautiful with the natural wooden tables, chairs, and benches. We were greeted upon walking but everything else was self-serve. They had the ordering pad station and the menu was small but very curated.

The food was fresh and you can tell it was made with love and care with focus on hearty proteins and lots of veggies. It definitely felt “healthier” than the typical Korean fare but not in a bad way. The banchan was just kimchi and bean sprouts but the kimchi was on point. For the price point I thought it was fair for the quality of the food. The steak was tender and came with a delicious green sauce. The salmon was flavorful with the gochujang seasoning and the veggies were well cooked with just a bit of crunch left. The bulgogi Kimbap was average but the rice inside was nice and soft.

Overall we enjoyed our filling meal here and if you’re in the area definitely give them a try!“

“It seems like an impossible task to capture a Korean BBQ in a food cart, but somehow they do it. I get the pork belly and the slightly higher price point verses other carts is well-worth it, as there's easily enough for leftovers. You will have to physically restrain yourself from finishing it, though.“

Generous portions, fresh banchan (side dishes), and warm, cozy vibes. Piping hot and delicious from start to finish.

The bartender with tattoos (I regret not asking your name!) was so kind and nice to me; even while doing their closing duties, they let me sit and eat at the bar (the first time I’d eaten since like 3pm?). This was at 11:30pm(ish) and I was so grateful. The soy garlic fried chicken I had was delicious, and I appreciated the amount food I got for my money. While the customer service was okay, it was the food that stole the show. The flavor of the fried chicken was spot on, and it's clear that they've made strides in providing a better dining experience. “I got my food to go. I’d never been here before. The host that was going to seat me was super friendly, took me over to the take-out kiosk, showed me how to use it, and explained items on the menu. I ordered one of his suggestions and it was incredible! I’m so glad I went with his suggestion. I made my order, paid for it on the kiosk, and about 10 minutes later, the host brought my meal. Super friendly service! Very quick service. And delicious food. Try this place out. It is great!“

“Decent price for all you can eat Korean BBQ; prices range per package with the main difference being seafood and offal. You get frozen or marinated meats you cook on a hot grill. There are also entrees you can order, but that’s not what you come here for unless you are pressed for time.“

“I’m 33 and I have been coming here since I was in high school (St. Mary’s alums will understand), and the owner always recognizes me and still remembers my order to this day even though I have gone months and even years in between visits sometimes. She is so sweet and prepares the food with care; I usually get the veggie yakisoba and I’ve never been disappointed. Their peanut sauce is my favorite. Their food is still reasonably priced, so definitely tip if you’re able!

It’s a smallish spot with not a ton of indoor seating, but I always get my food to go anyway. Parking can sometimes be a little tricky during peak traffic, but if you’re willing to walk a block or two you should be fine.“

“A lot of places make artisan donuts, but end up overcomplicating them. Mochinut has a wide selection of mochi donuts that are soft and so very flavorful! It is not necessary to add so much to a donut that it weighs as much as you will once you've eaten it; they have delicious glazes with minimal toppings, and it comes out great!“
