While in the neighborhood, I quickly searched for gluten-free options for dinner. I stumbled upon Yuginong, which I am extremely grateful that I did. Ordering was quick-using the tablet. I ordered the vegetarian Bibimbap and edamame to-go. Portions are HUGE. Price is on point. The only sad thing is, I wish I would have discovered this place, much sooner!
We came here with a friend who lives in the neighborhood, but had not been here yet. It's a super casual spot -- order at the counter, they bring your food and drinks to you, and then you bus your own table. I got the sweet night cocktail, which was a lychee and citrus drink. I stopped in late because my wife was craving Korean food. What a gem of a place this is. The owner took my order and was super kind. We had the Salmon and the chicken. Both totally over delivered. Salmon perfectly seasoned, perfectly cooked. The Kimchi was spot on. Many more meals we will be having. Totally worth driving down from our place in Arbor Lodge. Makes the neighborhood better.
