Du's Grill Reviews
Solid teriyaki, consistent, flavorful, good portions, and a great place that has lasted and endured. I like the salad, the vibe, a great lunch spot. Call it in and just know it’s popular and busy, it’s worth it. It’s busy for a reason and they usually have it on point during the rush.
Great community, and like I said, solid.
You know if you go, and if you go, you know.
Du’s is my favorite! I’m from out of town and look forward to it every time I visit PDX. Delicious food, giant portions, and it’s that rare place every person in my family loves without exception.
I don't know what happened to this place used to love it here. Chicken was good the salad was browning the dressing was good though. The lady running the front didn't speak good English I was trying to get extra sauce yeah; she was very mean about it. The food and services used to be amazing they did not live up the reputation today. Don't think I will be going back not worth the drive anymore.

Du's Grill is a popular teriyaki restaurant in Portland, known for its Korean-Japanese fusion cuisine. The teriyaki is praised as some of the best in the city, with the meat being perfectly charred and offering a delightful balance of sweet, savory, and smoky flavors. The pork is particularly noteworthy, with one reviewer describing it as "soft and flavorful" and complementing the chicken well. Customers often find the food fresh, flavorful, and plentiful, making it a favorite for locals and visitors alike.
The restaurant offers large portions, with many dishes providing enough for at least two meals. The salad with poppy seed dressing is also a highlight, being creamy without being overly sweet. While the interior can be a bit sticky and crowded, with some buzzing friends sharing the space, the quality of the food makes Du's Grill a top choice for teriyaki in Portland.
Customers have described the service as friendly, and the food as coming out super quick. The restaurant has a mom-and-pop shop feel, with about five tables inside for dine-in. Reviewers have particularly enjoyed the chicken over the beef, and the spicy chicken is a fan favorite. The portions are a good size, and the sauces are delicious. While the restaurant itself may not be the most charming or inviting, the food is the star of the show.
