I love this place. The people that work there are so kind (shoutout to the woman pouring sake with the most radiant smile, she's the grandmother energy that will save the world) anyways, the ramen portions are very large and the flavors were on point, and the fried chicken rice bowl was delish. I'll definitely be venturing back in soon.
Never been to Japan, TOMO RAMEN felt like what I imagine the ramen shops are like there. Not recommended for parties larger than 3, this space is very cozy and efficient. The tonkotsu ramen is massive and comes with ginger, garlic and chili to adjust flavor to your liking. The quail eggs and pork with perfectly seared lines were the highlights. One of the best ramen experiences I have had since living in Portland. Erica, behind the counter, could not have been more amazing. Extremely accommodating and helpful. This place offers the at home atmosphere with a Japanese twist. Large portions, offers a great bang for your buck and yet still delicious. I will be back for sure.
