This is a must stop. Lovely family run place with such care taken to the menu. The family harvests the oysters themselves so they’re fresh as can be and the house ginger mignonette is so good you’ll want a spoon to finish it off. We liked it so much we bought the cookbook. Can’t wait to go back!
Great ambience, great beer, great live music and absolutely horrible crabcakes, made from crab out of a can, it has an unmistakably bad taste that I’ve experienced a few times. If you aren’t going to make crabcakes with fresh crab, don’t make them at all, this place is far too nice to be serving up Subpar food, the gooey duck wontons were great.
