“This place is awesome! They have a really wide variety of beer flavors and styles so we enjoyed getting a few flights and sampling several of them. Some really unique options like a smokey lager, peach tea saison and an oyster stout. The taproom is cozy with a nice view of the water. Nothing fancy but the beer and the vibe was great, would highly recommend.”
“Super cute! Korean-American-owned, so amazing kimchee, meat and rice dishes and...great road-side burgers and fresh seafood! Right in Hoodsport, you can't miss it, wonderful outdoor seating or indoor when it's cold or raining. We stopped and just were greeted by these kind people. Don't pass this little gem up, charming and hot fresh food at great prices! We got a double cheese w/ fries, the hottest and best egg rolls I've had in a minute and bulgogi rice with all the fixings!”
“Not a lot of dining options in Hoodsport but this place was excellent! Complimentary chips and salsa were very flavorful, and I like how they added a PNW seafood accent to some of their dishes. Very friendly service as well.”
“Every time my wife and I come through Hoodsport, especially after hiking, we always stop here. The bagel sandwiches are excellent! My wife loves their coffee. The ice cream is fantastic as well, Olympic Mountain Ice Cream. The service is great and it has the perfect atmosphere to relax in. Highly recommend!!!”
“Very cute wine shop! Laura was so nice and helped us pick out some bottles. They had fruit wines, mead, ciders, along with local wines plus gift bags. A fun stop if you’re in the area.”
“ate there today. I had the fish sandwich with the works on it, & my husband had a hamburger. Great food, friendly and fast service. Daniel was a great attentive server. Definitely will go back”
“Got a gyro today, had the pork and pineapple teriyaki sandwich last week. it is a great change compared to the stale food options in Hoodsport. 2more punches and my card if filled up.”
“10/10 view with the most DELICIOUS shrimp tacos & fresh Salmon salad. Highly recommend this gem of a spot when on the canal. Definitely check out the darling market next door full of local art.”
“Incredible!Visited in September 2023. It’s a hike to get there, but it’s a lovely family-owned business and the owner was delightful to chat with. We left with the peaches and cream (phenomenal), coffee flake (amazing), and vanilla (decadent and perfect). We were also given samples of the spiced pear sorbet (beautiful) and chocolate garlic (WOW—so unique and delicious!).We’ll bring a cooler next time to stock up!”
“Such a great place for oysters and seafood! The staff is very friendly and want to make sure you have a great time. The food was really yummy and I loved the outside seating. I’m definitely coming back!”
“Great place to dine. Beautiful views, friendly and accommodating staff, excellent food. The fish and chips here is better that at the resort! Seriously! Our party of 8 received excellent service and we will be back again!”
“Today was the first time I stopped there. I bought an iced Chat tea which was lovely. The staff were awesome. The only part of the experience that was highly uncomfortable was that a grumpy man driving a pickup truck in front of the nursery, stopped in front of my car and told me angrily that he put up signs( as he pointed to a wrong way sign that I hadn't seen earlier because his truck blocked my view) for a reason. I'm assuming that this man was the owner of the nursery. He kept saying it over and over again. I said I'm sorry over and over again. It wasn't intentional. He was very rude. I started to feel panicked because his behavior was a bit over the top for an unintentional transgression and I just wanted to get out of there. I don't know if the same person owns the nursery and the espresso stand or not. If so, I won't be doing business there again.”
“Had nice Nachos plus a salad last Sunday. Yummy. Ate while we enjoyed a good Open Mic with several local musicians creating some nice afternoon music. Thanks for the fun afternoon. BroganfromSeattle.”
“I had the incredible opportunity to DJ at Robin Hood Village Resort, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience! This venue deserves a solid 5-star rating for many reasons. First and foremost, the staff at Robin Hood Village Resort went above and beyond to make my DJ gig a success. From the initial planning stages to the event day itself, they were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They made sure I had everything I needed to deliver an unforgettable performance. The outdoor venue vibe at Robin Hood Village Resort is truly one-of-a-kind. Surrounded by the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest, it provided the perfect backdrop for a memorable event. The combination of lush greenery, charming cabins, and the picturesque river nearby created a magical atmosphere that enhanced the music and the overall experience. Whether you're a DJ, musician, or event planner, I highly recommend Robin Hood Village Resort for your next gig or celebration. The staff's dedication and the cool outdoor venue vibe make it a top-notch choice for creating unforgettable moments. This place is a hidden gem, and I can't wait to return for more events in the future!”
