Love the place … great team and great food
Hood Canale is an excellent restaurant with great people. The restaurant is a community and everyone is delightful. The pizza's are also amazing! Go for some live music, and don't miss open mic night.
While visiting union, hood canal was the best experience, the first day when I went the Pizza. Dough ran out and the team didn't charge me and when I went the next day they again wanted to give me complimentary pizza.That was very lovely.The chef is great. The musicians were great.Look forward to coming back again

The owner is extremely friendly, making the experience even more welcoming. During open mic night, the place becomes fun and lively, with tasty pizzas like Bangkok to Rome, Santa Fe Luau, and proscuitto, along with drinks such as mango madness with POG juice substitute. Visitors often find the experience well worth a visit, and the restaurant continues to improve as it remains relatively new.
