We stopped in for lunch today because they have limited hours in the evening and we're staying just down the road. Honestly it's some of the best food at the most reasonable price as we've had in two weeks in the Pacific northwest! My wife had a great breakfast, I had the seafood basket which consisted of two huge cod fillets nicely battered, three huge shrimp lightly fried and three local oysters also fried, along with coleslaw and hand cut fries for $21! Cute little diner on US 101 in Hoodsport, WA. GREAT food, super friendly and efficient staff. Somewhat of a view of the Hood Canal, but the energy in the place makes it a good stop! Servings were huge. I had their Halibut basket (I swapped tots for fries). Took half home for another serving! Other meals were the Taco Omelet, biscuits and gravy with eggs and bacon. First time there this morning. The staff was friendly, our order was taken quickly and our food came out without a long wait. I had the Tides Oatmeal which was fantastic. Best of all, the food was reasonably priced.
