I had never been here before, so I called the day prior to ensure we would be able to pick up 5lbs of steamers on the way to Ocean Shores. The gal I talked to on the phone was helpful and even asked if I was the person she had talked to the day before when we arrived. We indulged in the oyster shooter shot glasses for $5 and had 4 $1 refills each while enjoying the patio. She quickly doctored them up with cocktail sauce, hot sauce, and lemon juice at no extra charge. Delicious! I brought lemon, white wine, butter, and garlic to prepare the clams in our kitchenette in Ocean Shores, but they had a good selection of goodies for preparation in the shop if I had not. We ate like kings for a great price, enjoyed the view and outdoors, and I tipped for the shooter service. I hope I don’t break the shot glasses at home… I’m looking forward to my refills someday soon! I don’t know about some of these negative reviews… they certainly don’t align with my experience. I’d drive a long way to return.

Absolutely horrible, rude service from the lady behind the counter. She verbally berated the other woman working there over an extremely minor inconvenience (misinputting a transaction). She then attempted to charge us extra for oysters we did not order, and screamed at us when we pointed out that she had made a mistake.They also confused two of my friends for the same person, who look nothing in common besides both being Asian women. Do not come here if you want to be respected.

the staff on the weekend is extremely rude as a side note I understand that everyone has costumer's that are hard to deal with but Larissa should learn to not talk badly about the until they have left the other lady that was working was apologizing for her behavior and I feel bad for her because she should not have to apologize for another coworker last side note I have been going to lytles for over 12 years and at least 40-50 times a year from now on I will go to one of the other locations that sell sea food it might be a little way out of the way.
