Always a long wait but I guess that's McDonald's for you. Didn't bother me so much till gas prices were so high. And going in isn't much help those people are doing door dash orders or running food to parked cars
They young man with black medium hair was working the drive thru tonight and both other times he's been there we have had the best experience with customer service out of any mcdonalds. The guy deserves a raise and if every mcdonalds had guys like that it'd be a much better experience.
Update 7/24/25: Thursday morning, 9am. It took 21 minutes to place an order and pick it up using the drive thru today. Very slow service. They were polite and tried to get food out fast. However, they looked like they were short staffed. Only one drive-thru window open. Had to pay at the pick-up window. This slowed down the process. Once I received my order, it was good. I love the Begal breakfast sandwiches.
