Food is very good and service is always excellent! Highly recommend.
Food was good. I had the empanadas and the roasted corn they came with was awesome. The deck is pretty at night. The deep fried ice cream was huge and delicious.
Had an early dinner at Agave Cocina & Tequila in Issaquah and really enjoyed it. We ordered the skirt steak plate, steak fajitas, and steak tacos—all were flavorful, tender, and well-prepared. The service was friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxed. Bonus points for their vast tequila collection—great selection for sipping or mixing. Overall, a great experience. We’ll be back!

Agave Cocina & Tequila in Issaquah has a nice setting, especially if you opt for the outdoor seating during the summer. I tried the Veggie Fajitas this time, but the taste was unfortunately pretty ordinary. Having been here several times, I’ve found the food consistently underwhelming, which is disappointing given the promising atmosphere.
On the plus side, the staff is friendly and attentive, which makes the experience pleasant. However, if you’re looking for standout Mexican flavors, Agave may not be the top choice.

Boyfriend and I both had different meals, appetizer taquitos and enchiladas blancas, he also got an empanadas that I didn’t eat and we both got SEVERE food poisoning!! I tried to get a refund/partial refund, but they told me they could not do that and that their food was clean.

We dined at Agave for the first time last night and tried the steak salad. The atmosphere was relaxed, the service was excellent, and the salad was delicious. The salsa was great too!

I was so excited for my favorite salmon salad and it never came. If you want the food you ordered to come to your table you should probably try somewhere else.
the prices on this menu are pretty high. a minimum of $20 for either a burrito or enchiladas seems excessive. i get that it's seattle, but there
are much cheaper mexican restaurants around that i would recommend instead
speaking of the enchiladas - i got the mushroom & spinach ones here
on the positive side, these were very much loaded with both mushroom and spinach, in a 'delicious compliance' kind of way.
the mushrooms were pretty soft, and both of them were cooked in a decent amount of oil - so that they tasted good
unfortunately, that was the only part of the meal i enjoyed
the enchiladas were sitting in a sauce that was just quite unenjoyable. i assume this was salsa verde, but it tasted nothing like good salsa verde that
i've had. for the most part, it was just really sour. when your experience on taking a first bite is confusion on why i taste nothing but sourness, that's just not an enjoyable eating experience. there was also no cheese inside at all, which was even worse because now the only thing was the extremely sour sauce.
I got about halfway through before I ended up just giving up and having something that someone else at the table ordered.
For the price, as I mentioned this is quite expensive, and you don't get a lot either
Overall, high-priced food that's not enjoyable to eat. 3.5/10
