We were there right at opening service - 4:15pm. The bar was quiet and service professional. Met Helen at the door - she and her staff were all incredible. We had drinks and light apps and everything was top notch. Thank you for a great preview. We're excited to host our event with you here shortly! Cheers!
maitre'd not attentive - did not even greet us, entering, did not light the table light, until later, and then only one and finally the other one when I brought this to his attention. our party of six was not impressed by the dinner service. Had to ask for the special dinner menu for Tuesday's specifically. Overall, while to place was not busy at all, received less than expected attention. Parking is alway an issue there. We may not return for a while. Better options...
When I made the reservation, I noted that it was my wife's birthday. There was no recognition of that when we were there. What is the point of giving that information if nothing is going to be done?
