The lady in charge was getting after an employee for not listening to her when he forgot to add the guacamole to a patrons order. She said he needed to listen better. She then took my order, sweet pork salad. She then placed three tortillas on the grill and added cheese. She then pulled them off and asked what I wanted on them. I said I only ordered one salad. I think when I said sweet pork she thought I said three. She was obviously annoyed and rolled her eyes and handed my order...
Not sure why this location doesn't have a better rating. I've had nothing but good experiences here.
The prices arn't cheap, but they're reasonable for what you get! I mean, the portions are BIG!!! My orders usually turn into a two-meal excursion.

The quality and service has definitely declined since its first opening as a more local and fresh alternative to big chain burrito competitors. The higher cost of the food does not justify itself anymore.
