Terrible service, blatantly do not listen to you as you ask for items, by the end of rolling my burrito It was soaking wet becuase the employees don’t drain any scoop of anything they put in your burrito… worst chipotle I’ve ever been to

Every time I go in, they are out of chips. Tonight the guy responded “just that time of day” and was extremely rude when I asked why they never have chips. The restaurant and restrooms are always dirty as well.

The food is good. I don't recommend ordering takeout from this branch, as takeout portions tend to be very small, and you don't realize it until you get home. In turn, with smaller portions, food from this branch is a bad overall value, especially when you pay extra for the little cup of guacamole. I'd recommend either waiting in line here (so you can watch them prepare your food and portions) or order takeout from the Sammamish branch. Even takeout from Agave in Issaquah (which is higher-end food) becomes a better overall value when Chipotle stiffs you on the portions, as Agave's portions are large and Agave includes guacamole with many of its entrees.We've now had two bad take-out experiences here, such that the first time wasn't just a "one-off thing." So, I provided this feedback to the branch through the app. No one even responded, let alone helped to mitigate the bad experience (e.g., partial refund, code for a future discount, or whatever). At that point, I thought I should probably warn others about this branch.

The quality used to be better. I ordered hard shell tacos with beef. Beef looked and tasted it has been sitting out and flavor was bland. I would just add medium salsa to make it better. Salsa was not up to par, it needed more everything to make it better. I did the hard shell tacos, first time ordering them. The trash cans were over flow. May be they are under staff. The person at cash register was nice. He came to check people who were waiting for to go orders.

The front door says they open at 10:45am. It's 11:00 and the doors are still locked. Lots of people working inside. If someone even popped out and apologized and told us that they were running behind it would be way less annoying.Customers carefully plan their limited lunch hours (or lunch 1/2 hours) and this totally blows it. One of the top rules of running a business is to open your doors on time.
