The front door says they open at 10:45am. It's 11:00 and the doors are still locked. Lots of people working inside. If someone even popped out and apologized and told us that they were running behind it would be way less annoying.Customers carefully plan their limited lunch hours (or lunch 1/2 hours) and this totally blows it. One of the top rules of running a business is to open your doors on time.
Do not order online for pickup! Tried to order online twice and both times it was 20 minutes late, and that is no exaggeration. Even if the line is out the door it will be much faster.

The quality used to be better. I ordered hard shell tacos with beef. Beef looked and tasted it has been sitting out and flavor was bland. I would just add medium salsa to make it better. Salsa was not up to par, it needed more everything to make it better. I did the hard shell tacos, first time ordering them. The trash cans were over flow. May be they are under staff. The person at cash register was nice. He came to check people who were waiting for to go orders.
