The only reason I gave 1 star is because some customer order 10 - 20 pizzas that overwhelmes the whole population in line. Several people waited 20+ mins for one whole pizza because the ladies ahead of them ordered 20 pizzas each! hey should impose a limit how many pizza people can order.

The food is great don’t get me wrong, but their whole system is off in this location. Ordered a pizza via phone and payed for it when I got here. But they’re not giving it out on the right window, they forced all of us to stay in 1 pick up line. And are giving it in order of the line. No yelling orders. What’s the freaking point of ordering it on the phone!!?? If Costco implements this to other locations it’s not looking good

Costco just switched back to Coke after 13 years with Pepsi. Pairing Pepsi or worse Diet Pepsi with a hotdog or most American-style meat sounds and tastes gross. Try now instead a Coke or Coke Zero with Costco's famous loss-leader, their footlong all-beef hotdog in a steamed-fresh soft roll with squirts of relish, mustard, and ketchup, and see if you grok what i mean.
Frozen creme par excellence remains the Ben and Jerry's factory near Burlington VT, on the factory tour even before the ice cream can harden. Chilled raw milk transported to the factory and separated into cream retains the wonderful and heady aroma of grass-fed milk, once evanescent from the warmth of one's mouth. Even 40 years after my first visit, i've found no better ice cream experience, and only soft-serve without the stabilizer gum and emulsifiers comes close. Alas, Costco buys wholesale soft-serve mix with stabilizers and emulsifiers, but serves a 10oz large for $1.99.

New order and pickup process. Seems good.
Please go back to calling out numbers. There are no signs to tell people that you changed the food pickup process. You’re just suppose to know to stand in line at the window now.
And to the dude who was so affronted that I went up to the window to ask what number they were on because he thought I was cutting in front of him…clearly this is a new system I wasn’t cutting the line, I didn’t even know we had to line up now. How are we supposed to know?
Costco food.
You get more food than what you pay for, better quality than what you pay for, and 99.9% of the time you get faster service than what you pay for.

Big Costco fan. This foodcourt is the worst and lately it’s gotten worse. Randomly decided they don’t do foil anymore with no warning, totally changed up the queueing system which resulted in a long wait with no way to take food to go. Just total chaos out there. Lines into the parking lot. Chaos.
Gotta love Costco food! This Costco is about 5 minutes from Lake Samamish and we usually eat lunch every time we go paddleboarding! Always a huge hit!
Good prices but very few, if any, healthy options. The new kiosks to order are a winner. The speed of serving customers during busy times could be improved.

Super busy but wanted to give a shout out to Meagan! I remember her running point when the strawberry ice cream had backed up a while ago and she was amazing at keeping people organized. Today the system wouldn’t let us order a mocha freeze but she was able to make them for us super fast! She is so kind and bubbly me and my mom couldn’t stop saying how much we liked her! MVP of the Issaquah Costco.
Ryan's an example of awesome service, a credit to his team!
