I first tried IHOP 10 years ago at the Anaheim, California location, and I still remember how fantastic the omelet was. Today, I visited the Issaquah location, and it feels like the recipe hasn't changed a bit since my visit to the other store. The omelet was just as delicious as I remembered. I left completely full and paid a very fair price. Highly recommended for a satisfying, consistent meal!

My only observation is that when the wait staff were clearing tables, the cart designated for dirty dishes was positioned outside the kitchen and by the dining area. The dishes and utensils were placed onto the tray with noticeable force, resulting in a loud clattering noise. This appeared to startle or inconvenience nearby patrons. I would recommend that the staff handle the items more gently to minimize noise and...
