I just moved to Washington and finding a good breakfast place is always hard to come around. But I came here with my sibling and it was a blast from the past when tasting the food. The food was amazing with tons of flavour and reminds me of cooking for my college roommate, making a lot of German food. I would recommend for anyone who wanted to have a taste of home cooking without the need of the artificial tastes from chain restaurants.
It was quite busy over the week-end. Buzzing with energy and nice aromas. Good ambience: I especially liked the original painting on the walls. The veggie omelette was disappointing: precooked vegetables wrapped in a plain omelette;
Great atmosphere and delicious food combine to make this restaurant worth a visit. They had homemade cornbeef hash, which was fantastic. The coffee is strong as well. I highly recommend The Issaquah Cafe.
